On the first day of the Retreat I was very tired and I could not sit in one place as my knees were paining so also was my back.
This has been my condition for a long time. That night as I went in my room I thought how will I take this pain for sitting next day. We were told to pray for 1 hour talking to Jesus. After 1 hour as I was going to have my lunch I was surprised to see that my back was healed. And I was getting down the steps my knees were also healed in Jesus name. After my confession I felt fresh, very fresh my heart was filled with joy, peace and happiness. I thank you Jesus and I praise you Jesus.

This has been a good experience different from other retreats. I was blessed to pray for hours in adoring Jesus in front of the blessed sacrament. I received a vision of Jesus coming and sitting with me for adoration. I could feel HIS shadow passing by sitting on my right hand side saying “You don’t worry I am with you.” My swollen legs were completely healed on the second day during evening adoration. I was convinced of the divine message to call Jesus in the midst of any problem and I learnt to surrender to HIM every situation. I thank you Lord and Praise you.

“ONE WORD” THANK YOU JESUS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY
I always had this indigestion problem, whether I would eat homemade food or the outside junk wouldn’t matter. Mostly I would have the gastric burps which would always cause a burning sensation inside my chest. But from the very first day of the retreat till now (the last day) I have never come across the problem. And I also believe that my Lord has healed my problem. For which I would give thanks and praise to the Almighty.

I was forced by my mother to come for the retreat. Then I thought I needed to be away from the city so I decided to come. The moment we entered the gate of the Lords ranch, I felt different. The amazing view of the mountain was something that I had never seen before. I had been for many retreats but this one was something different. I really felt that from all the missions and retreats I had attended, this one really made a difference in me. During the 3rd day we had confession. The teaching made me reflect on every bit of my life. And for the first time I know I made a good confession. During the one-hour prayer time I really felt the connection with God. I knew HE was listening to me. I spoke to HIM freely about everything. During this time, I reflected back on my past hurts. I faced many difficult times during the last year. In those times I cried alone, at times I even lost all hopes. During that 1hour personal prayer, I went back to those moments and saw that it was only God who was with me comforting me and giving me the strength to move on. It was only because of this love and care and guidance that I have hoped and I can continue to live my life without fear of anyone. It is also because of HIM that whenever anyone says anything to me it wont affect me because HE is there with me. During the inner healing I felt relieved from all my hurts and worries. The Lords Ranch Retreat Centre, is a beautiful place where one can engage in prayer silently only connected with the Lord, away from all distractions. Prayer and Thanksgiving were always a part of my life in my family. But the depth of prayer and the disciplines of prayer is what I have learnt at the Lords Ranch.
I made it for the Retreat and everything that I feared before coming to the Lords Ranch just disappeared after stepping into the gates. (Fears like will my daughter be able to spend time in prayer continuously for hours). Yes! My daughter went through the Retreat beautifully without any distractions and restlessness.

I came with family. We had a lovely holiday with Jesus. Good rooms, good food, good teachings, comfortable seating for day-long prayers. The place and scenery was out of this world, the vegetation…. simply awesome.
We experienced lots of peace, forgiveness, and healing in our hearts through Jesus. The journey to and fro was a bit long and hectic, tiring. But overall we enjoyed every moment.
